Our Ceremonial grade matcha is grown and produced in Uji, Kyoto with high quality techniques. Shade grown for 20-30 days before harvest to increase the levels of L-theanine which gives the Matcha a more sweet and umami flavour. 

This Matcha is suitable for everyday drinking. 

Best served as 

• Koicha (Thick tea)
• Usucha (Thin tea)
• Matcha latte (with milk)
